Delivery Policy
Nature's Will only delivers on the island of New Providence.
Local Orders
Our local delivery rates are as follows:
- Local Delivery $5.00
- Princess Margaret Hospital $10
- Paradise Island $10
- Express Delivery (1-Hour) $20
All local orders are delivered the next day or earlier. Same-day delivery is guaranteed for orders submitted before 3PM local time. We are closed on Holidays. If there is a Holiday, your order will be delivered on our next open day.
Family Islands Orders
Our rate for delivery to a mailboat at Potter's Cay Dock is as follows:
- Mailboat $10
Before submitting a Family Island order requiring mailboat delivery, ensure that you have the following information on hand:
- Name of mailboat
- Name of Island
- Name of Settlement
- Mailboat freight cutoff day & time
Family Island orders must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled freight cut-off day and time to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.
It is the responsibility of Family Island customer to make arrangements with the shipper for payment and collection of freight.
